I have some issues here.
While doing some stuff with hands in the office on the table, cooking, washing hands, even brushing teeth sll the time i m getting extra steps. How to avoid them? I m using charge 3)

Hi @Silentos Welcome to the forums. Are you wearing your Fitbit on your dominate arm? If yes, do you have your tracker set to know its on your dominate arm? If you don't know if it's set correctly, I can share instructions.

i m right handed. it is set on dominate arm. even that. i woke up today and see that during night i took 97 steps, even i was sleeping))))
p.s that's why i was very surprised, when i see that during the day i got around 14k of steps and around 4k burned kcal. it's quite a lot.
@MarciMcan you share some istructions how to deal with this?

Your Fitbit registers steps based on the movements of your arm. I will often get a few steps during the night simply from tossing and turning and rolling over.
Those phantom steps will occur when you're doing basic things. I get steps in the shower sometimes just based on the movements of my arm, even though I'm not stepping.
The amount of steps is so inconsequential that it's not worth worrying over. No device is 100% accurate.
If you don't like the random few extra steps, wear it on your ankle or put it in your pocket.

you may consider switching arms.. unless there is a specific reason why you choose to wear it on your dominant arm. I typically get a few phantom steps when I clap or shake salt... but I know I also miss steps getting counted so to me.. it all evens out in the end @Silentos.. I wouldn't really stress over it. your HR is also monitored by the HR function on your tracker so your calories may be slightly inflated, but I don't think it is worth stressing over either.
