I am going to join the gym tomorrow. Please Give me some suggestions for workout routine for the beginners .

I don't belong to a gym--it's not in my budget--but from what I understand, they do have staffers who can set up a workout program for you and work with you to reach your fitness goals. Talk to the gym staff about your fitness goals and any limitations you may have.

Depends on the gym. But the first question you should ask is if they have a free training session. Some gyms offer it just to show you how to use the machines.
Also ask what @DanielleinDC Suggested.

Excellent point, @WendyB. That's something @Vishnupriya should ask before joining a gym.
