Anyone progressing through the Insanity workout right now? Just finished Week 1, amazing improvements in cardio already! Fitbit doesn't seem to document the workout correctly for it's intensity, but I let that one go. I know how much I'm sweating, LOL.

I am currently in Week 3... i have noticed improvements in body fat reduction already! It aint no joke tho lol! I just purchased my Fitbit Flex yesterday and am using it for my Plyometric Circuit workout today! Im putting Shaun T and FitBit to the test today! I have tried Insanity by itself twice before and quit after week 2 both times. I did successfully complete an Insanity/P90x hybrid which was a lot easier because it was less days jumping around and better for the knees. I have a vendetta to complete Insanity by itself tho- so this time its for real!

Hi, KFoley - How did you do with Insanity? I hope you had great results! The program wasn't for me, but the 21 Day Fix was a keeper (also a BeachBody product).

I did the program years ago. It improved my cardio that's for sure. It's not an easy workout but done properly with good formes will give you great results. Today, I include insanity workouts in my Boot Camp classes and in my own workout routines. It's not a program that is sustainable in the long run. It's to hard on the joints for most people. So it's crucial that you pay attention to techniques to prevent ankles, knees and hips injuries. I try to mix it up with kettlebells, kickboxing and hicking.
Good luck and have fun !
ps: Be very mindful of your alignment at all time to prevent pointless injuries.

I'm a certified Insanity instructor and LOVE it! I've been doing Insanity for almost 3 years now on and off and now teach it 2-3 times a week!

Not sure if this chat is still active, but i just started Insanity Max 30, and woooh its brilliant! I completed the orignal Insanity a few years ago and loved it, although wanted something not so long and grueling on my body. Max 30 ticks all the boxes for me. I am a bit of a exercise DVD junkie, but Insanity was the only program i own that i actually completed!
