A quick question. I was rained off this morning from doing my morning walk, as a result the steps and calorie burn was non existent. I decided, therefore, to do some exercise inside, went to he stairs and went up, down; up, down on the first step for about 10 minutes; at least it moved my count upwards. This is something I think I'll do on a regular bases, say for 20 minutes 3/4 times a day,
How should I consider this in Fitbit, purely as steps or as some sort of exercise.
Any other ideas for inside exercises on wet days?

Since I am made out of sugar and dissolve in rain, I rather stay on my couch, watching TV and eat my takeout from Mcdonalds. My Fitbit does count correctly the bites I take and the calories I subsequently burn. I found its a great way to complement and improve my exercise regimen.

kah22: If you are doing steps for 20 minutes 3 times per weeks I hope you have good knees. The first sign that this activity is not good for you is knee pain under the patella going down stairs, and very little pain coming up the stairs. Good luck have a good day!

Kah22: Sorry I misread your post, if you are doing 20 minutes of steps 3-4 times a day, I really hope you have good knees.
