I like your "turtle" analogy, it fits me perfectly, haha. I do what I like to call "wog". I jog for a few minutes then I walk till I can breath more comfortably then I jog again, etc. Kudos for planning on the Disney half! I am going to WDW in 19 days for a week. Anyway, I mostly bought my fitbit because I was intrigued about how many calories I burn while running and I am really liking it!
