Hello everyone,
I get fit by using the high tempo of my favourite metal songs to either run, spin, or swim (yes I have a waterproof armband and headphones, check amazon).
So, I am looking to make friends with like minded metalheads who want to share how they are inspired or get fit with MEEEEeettttallll!!!

@Absinthe666 Really? Wow, I will look for it and will spend all afternoon getting it a listen. I love progressive metal. Have you heard the side project they did a long time ago? It's called Liquid Tension Experiment and it is instrumental only. It is epic!
Morning metal friends...so what are we all listening to these days? Right now (as I type away) I am listening to The Devin Townsend Band 'Accelerated Evolution' album. Recently though I have been listening to some The Omega Experiment and Deftones. Got my first Annihilator album 'Alice In Hell' - classic thrash metal \m/
Looking forward to the new Anthrax album out in a few weeks!!!!!!

Awesome! @Absinthe666 I love Deftones! Right now, I'm listening to Tool - "Lateralus" album. I totally enjoy this album every time. The artwork en every single Tool album or single is simply awesome.
Wow, you got a really nice album there! Classic thrash metal to knock stress away. I like the song Alison Hell, it's really cool. That band reminds me of Metal Church a little bit.
So excited for Anthrax! They just confirmed they will be opening the concert for Iron Maiden at El Salvador (the gig I'm going to). So, I'm really excited about it, never seen them before!
@SantiR big Tool fan myself...seen them live as well and they were very strange but incredible! Have you heard Perfect Circle?
Anthrax opening for Maiden...awesome!!!! I saw Anthrax supporting Motorhead a few years back and that was absolutely brilliant! \m/

@Absinthe666 Oh yes! A Perfect Circle is awesome! Maynard is a genius! The other band he made is Puscifer, which is awesome too!
Oh really? That is awesome! How's Anthrax live? I guess its kind of crazy!
My workstation is literally sitting on my treadmill. So I can work, read and play there while I stand, walk, run or just in plain yoga poses.
I have a mini bluetooth soundbar on it for music or netflix. It's mostly going to be metallica, rammstein, chthonic or nightwish.
Just dropping this here in case any of you are in one of the "featured" areas:
3 shows for $50.
- Disturbed & Breaking Benjamin
- Slipknot & Marilyn Manson
- Rob Zombie & Korn
I know that tickets for the Disturbed / Breaking Ben show go on sale tomorrow... so I'm assuming the "ticket to rock" option will go live tomorrow as well?

Those shows are amazin @BWright1175. I would like to see Marilyn Manson on stage. Does he still do what he used to? I mean, the energy in the environment and the vibes could be the same?

Best AnswerFellow metalheads...been a while...how is everyone? What are we all listening to recently? The last few new albums I got were Deftones 'Gore' (amazing) and Ihsahn 'Arktis' (incredible).
Anyone been to any gigs recently? \m/
Currently listening to Amon Amarth, Arch Enemy, Black Label Society, and Killswitch Engage when I lift weights. For running, I've been listening to Iron Maiden, Queensryche, Volbeat, and The Darkness.

@Absinthe666 Great albums the ones you recently got! \m/ I just went to an Iron Maiden gig at El Salvador, I will upload a picture later on! It was awesome, Anthrax opened the gig! So cool!
@SunnyfitBunny @robguitar Welcome to the dark side of the Community!
I totally love bands like Amon Amarth, all the viking theme is so cool. Also, hail to Zakk Wylde and Black Label Society! \m/
Wish I could go see Maiden this tour but they aren't playing anywhere near me. I saw Ghost last week and I'm seeing Queensryche on Thursday. \m/
@robguitar I love Ghost, saw them supporting Alice In Chains and they were brilliant!! I saw Queensryche (when they were still all friends) do the entire Operation Mindcrime 1 and 2 album in one night...incredible!! \m/
To see both albums performed live is very cool. Queensryche played here last night and the new singer (Todd La Torre) delivered. Great show.
