I really want to get in to the olympic style lifts but the Oly platform in my gym is right in the middle with all the machines facing it, if I screw up I will have a huge audience of people on treadmills and elipticals 😞
If it drops, do a big arm pump like that was supposed to happen and you nailed it. What do they know probably?

I've had quite bad lower back pains and problems during the last two years and I'm only now back to almost normal. So currently my favorite excercise is walking, not ready to run quite yet but hopefully someday soon

Running, miles and miles of running.
Then there is my *second* favorite (or favourite depending on where y'all are from):
Taking care of horses (which involved pitching a ton, literally, of horse poop per week, tossing around grain bags and hay bales, and of course, moving those brutes around between the barn and the pastures three at a time).
