I hate thee. I despise thee. I loathe thee.
Yet you make my back look fantastic. You make me feel stronger than I've ever felt before. One day I will complete 20 of you unbroken.

20!!!! That's a pipe dream for me! I can do three sets of 10 push-ups; but I have yet to do one full pull-up. It's getting better though. An inch off the floor was all I could do 6 months ago. Now, I can go a good 8 inches. So the short answer to your question is - SAME AS YOURS!
And this in spite of significant strength training over the last six months or so.

Best AnswerI guess it depends on my mood. Sit-ups, push-ups, burpees, triceps, biceps,.....but running on the treadmill requires the most effort and determination......but it's working!

Agreed completely. It's awesome to see how different people are!
Best AnswerBy far my least favorite CrossFit exercise is the overhead squat. I really struggle with my balance and form on that.
As for strength building and overall benefits, I have to agree that few compare to pullups. I actually like pullups, though, for some strange reason.
Best Answer@WhiteHusky1975 Thursters are my nemisis.
Best AnswerLOL. I can see why anyone would think that. We did 100 of them in my CrossFit group yesterday. After a few rounds of 10 I dropped the weight on the bar real fast. They are rough!
