I tend to use my data for my own records, and for keeping myself in check. If I'm working all day, I have a lower "accepatble" steps count for myself. However, if it's the weekend, I better be getting at least 20,000! Also, I'm planning on doing some races soon, so I'm thinking of increasing my step goal. I'm very nervous, but also very excited!

Would like to use my data at my next doctors visit. Other wise itsused to track workout progress.
I track bp, heartrate during workouts, food log and weight.
