Hi guys! For the new users that just got into workouts and exercises routines, I'd like to mention 8 warm up tips so you can avoid any injury:

 

  1. Benefits.
  2. Dynamic warmup.
  3. Static stretching.
  4. Squats.
  5. Planks.
  6. Side lunges.
  7. Pushups.
  8. Triceps warmup.

If you guys have any other tips or warm up tips, feel free to share them.
