Best AnswerI love yoga, especially Bikram yoga. It’s such a great way to relax and exercise at the same time.

I never believed that starting the day exercising or doing my favorite workout would actually help me, I even thought that I would feel exhausted for the rest of the day, until I actually tried it, and I have to say that since I started doing it I've definitely felt a lot more energized and I'm a lot more for active.
A great way to start your day for sure @SunsetRunner!
