A truly great exercise for the brain, one of the best I would say. 

 

Swimming and Yoga are some of the most beneficial I've found. Smiley Happy

I love yoga, especially Bikram yoga. It’s such a great way to relax and exercise at the same time.

I do chair yoga,  and senior mat yoga, relaxing .  and I found it very relaxing. I try too get too go too a yoga class 3 times a week

its a great way of  starting off your day doing yoga

I never believed that starting the day exercising or doing my favorite workout would actually help me, I even thought that I would feel exhausted for the rest of the day, until I actually tried it, and I have to say that since I started doing it I've definitely felt a lot more energized and I'm a lot more for active.
