Yes, accuracy of the One is at the minute level:
Accuracy of Charge HR, OTOH, is at the second level (same with Charge, btw):
The above activities were performed wearing the One and the Charge HR at the same time. As you can see, they don't quite agree on steps, distances and calories. Correct distance is 8.0 km (as per GPS, observed hundreds of times).
I guess this (minute vs. second) reflects the fact the One was launched 2.5 years ago, while the Charge is the latest technology.
