Here is a family favorite
1. General Tso
- 2-3 chicken breasts
- pack of general Tso sause
- white rice
cook the breast all the way through
slice into strips or pieces
add the general Tso
Top over rice
That is what is for dinner tonight
Bite-sized pieces of raw chicken breast (however much you want to eat) tossed in the crockpot with two cups or so of salsa verde (readily available in the mexican food aisle) and a small can of mild green chiles. Set it on low and come back 8-10 hours later. Stir in a drained can of black beans when you're ready to eat. Amounts are nowhere close to exact because they don't have to be.
Or
Grill a chicken breast on the BBQ. When it's done, immediately slap on a slice of provolone cheese so it gets all melty, then top with half a sliced avocado.
My two very favorite ways to cook chicken.
Thanks All !

That's what I'm making tomorrow. You won't regret it!

Best Answer"Darn" Fine Chicken from Nom Nom Paleo! My husband loves this, and it works equally well with chicken breast as opposed to chicken thighs/drumsticks. If you don't have the coconut aminos and fish sauce, just use Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.
