Trying to use up some food in the freezer and I have a ton of chicken breast. Right now I am a little bored with breast so reply with your favorite recipes!

Have a back yard barbecue, and invite all your friends (and make them eat chicken).

Bite-sized pieces of raw chicken breast (however much you want to eat) tossed in the crockpot with two cups or so of salsa verde (readily available in the mexican food aisle) and a small can of mild green chiles. Set it on low and come back 8-10 hours later. Stir in a drained can of black beans when you're ready to eat. Amounts are nowhere close to exact because they don't have to be.
Or
Grill a chicken breast on the BBQ. When it's done, immediately slap on a slice of provolone cheese so it gets all melty, then top with half a sliced avocado.
My two very favorite ways to cook chicken.

Add pesto on top of chicken, or you could chop it up & add it to a vegetable stir fry.

Cajun seasoning sprinkled on top and baked in the oven for 20 mins. Also sprinkle with a teaspoon of Teriyaki sauce over each one. LOVELY!!!!

Excellent suggestions! Keep them coming. As I try each one, I'll take a pic and post a link to the thread. I am thinking the crockpot Chicken Salsa Verde is what's for dinner tonight.

"Darn" Fine Chicken from Nom Nom Paleo! My husband loves this, and it works equally well with chicken breast as opposed to chicken thighs/drumsticks. If you don't have the coconut aminos and fish sauce, just use Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.
