Hello - very dumb question - however when ever entering servings for say something like almonds is 1 serving just 1 almond?
Also is there a good way to estimate weight? Is a handful of almonds say 30 grams - does not have to be accurate.
Cheers.

a serving is whatever the package says it is. so for example, Blue Diamond Almonds - 1 serving is 28grams which is about 24 nuts for 160 calories. If it were me measuring, I would use my scale to get the grams - I would not use 24 nuts because they are all different sizes and it could be way over the 160 calories. Invest in a food scale- it is the best way to know that you are close to accurate for intake.
