The only thing I know about them, Betty, is that our local Organic Food Grocery Store sells their products. We've used several of them, and they are very good quality.  They publish a lot of interesting health articles - you can view them here: Garden of Life Health Articles.

LOL @MarlenS!   It is just the brand name of organic foods named Fit, sold at one of our local grocery stores.  So, you can use your favorite Vanilla....
