Hi guys,
I am wanting to actually start learning about properly measuring my food so that I get the exact ammount of carbs, fats, protein, veges etc.
Can anyone provide some advice on what I should get in terms of food measuring and food scale?

You don't need anything fancy. Just something practical that can get the job done. I use a glass measuring cup that cost a dollar, a set of 10 measuring spoons that also cost a dollar, and a small kitchen food scale.
I don't have a brand recommendation for the food scale, but you should not need to pay through the roof for something like that. Mine measures food in various units (grams, ounces, kg, lbs) and cost somewhere between 10 and 15 USD (bought it years ago so don't remember the exact price).

I bought a digital scale from Walmart several years ago. It still works like new, and easy to clean. Make sure the scale also converts into grams, and not just ounces. You can get a good set of measuring spoons and cups at Big Lots for about $4.00. They have the complete set. Don't spend too much money.

I use the Ozeri digital scale. Less than $15 on Amazon. Very accurate and functional.
