I'm wondering if there is an easier way to create and track meals that are cooked and prepared at home?
At the moment I'm having to log everything as an individual item for evening meals, and it takes ages finding the relevant item.
All the meals are cooked by my girlfriend during the week due to the time I get home from work. She has been working out the calories for me, but I'm finding as I enter the ingredients to the tracker it's coming up as something different.
Do you log everything individually or create a custom item and just add the total calories intake (but then not get the rest of the nutrition information)?

If you have a recipe, Then I copy and paste into this NI Calculator
Then I just add a custom record and add the NI Only
You said she was figuring out for you so just add the NI she gives you
