Before eating, possible to look at your little buddy on your wrist.. it can help reminding of eating healthier.
It's from 'Fitbit', wanting to get 'Fit' & 'Healthy'.
Does this food helps getting us Fitter & Healthier ? (it comes from nature), yes! Eat as much you like until enough..
Does this preprocessed food (lots of ingredients with things in the label not knowing what it is?) help us get fitter? No, not really want that to become part of me (have a smaller portion if there's a craving, and if hungry choose some healthier option)..
Fancy some ice cream? Pancakes.. combine treats with natural foods when wanted (and if possible) to add more volume, leaving satisfied longer.

Well said @SunsetRunner, I actually do that, when I'm thinking to eat junk food I check my Charge and it reminds me that I'm trying to be healthy and I decide to eat a fruit instead.
