Anyone ever try to use Quest Bars for Meal replacement? Did you feel satisfied, did you lose weight?

I've had them on the off-time when I know my body needs SOMETHING there and then but not fully to replace food. Bought them in bulk as it works out cheaper and the cookie and cream one is absolutely amazing.
They get pretty sickly though after a while so I wouldn't try to eat more than one a day and would try to find sustainable energy from other food sources. I usually felt satisfied for an hour or so after one of these but truth be told I only had them around workouts so that could be something to do with it.
Listen to your own body but fuel it sensibly and I'm sure you'll be okay 🙂

@BoyMom.3 I haven't heard of them so I looked them up and found this link http://www.breakfastcriminals.com/wholesome-nutrition-bars-quest-bars/ please read it. I can't pronounce let alone know what most of those ingredients are... I for sure wouldn't skip a meal for them. for 170 calories you can do so much better.

Personally I think they're gross and well overpriced. I make my own.
