Any tips for Inspire 3 not accurately reporting distance for treadmill walks?

Hi everyone! My Inspire 3 never gets the distance right for my treadmill walks. For example, last night at the gym my treadmill told me I walked 1.35 miles, but my Fitbit said I only walked 1.09. This happens consistently with my Fitbit reporting less distance for treadmill walks. I can't change the distance in the workout on my Android, and I enjoy the ability to see my HR zones so that is why I don't manually log the workout after. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to fix it?

Hi @nehhet  Fitbit devices are wrist based and need the arms swinging in order to recognize our steps. If you aren't getting the steps in, could it be that you're holding the bar and not letting the arm swing as you step? Some people have put the pebble piece inside their sock, the pocket or even gotten a band extender to wear the device around the ankle.
