Can't set up notifications on my Inspire 3

ANSWERED

IMG_2079.png

I have an inspire 3 Fitbit and It won’t let me select any notifications from my phone to come up on my Fitbit.
I’ve updated the app and my phone and done everything I should normally do but it’s still not working.

Hi there, @XanderNeedsHelp. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, for the troubleshooting steps you've tried, and for the image attached. I'm sorry to hear that you cannot set up notifications on your Inspire 3. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

Did you just get your Inspire 3? Is this the first time you're trying to set up notifications on your Inspire 3? If so, you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as option in your Fitbit notification's section. For example, tell someone to send a WhatsApp, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that WhatsApp is already an option to be selected.

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend taking a look at this help article How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
