I appreciate your message, and I'll be glad to suggest how to add your stride length.
In the Fitbit App, from the Today tab, tap Exercise days.
Tap Menu > Activity settings> Stride Length.
Adjust your stride length.

Hi @Cheryl_Lynn ! Thank you for your message and the correction. I really appreciate your feedback, we are going to check what happened.
In the meantime, could you try to make the change through the link Fitbit settings page? scroll down to the Advanced Settings section. Find Stride Length and click Edit. Click Set Your Own and adjust your stride length. Click Submit and sync your device.
