Fat burning zone notification

I just replaced my old OG Inspire with an Inspire 3. Today while walking the dog I got a notification on the Fitbit that I'd entered the fat burning zone. I've poked around in all the settings and I can't seem to find how to turn this notification off. Where is it? TIA

Hi, @chaman , Welcome to the community, You may find this article of interest How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device? I  suggest you go into the Fitbit app on your phone "Today Screen" touch your icon in the top left corner>Inspire 3 tile> Health & Reminders>put the "Get your Heart Pumping" slider into the off position. I must admit I find the reminder useful.
