Lost my Inspire 3 for a few hours yesterday / today and so deleted it on the app and set up / used my old Inspire HR in its place as I have a long daily streak of 10k steps to keep up on Fitbit!! - today found my Inspire 3 and set it back up and started using it (having deleted Inspire HR on Fitbit and on Bluetooth) - Went on a walk to night and my steps suddenly reset themselves from 9200 back down to 7600 (which I think was roughly the figure on the Inspire HR when I deleted it earlier) - I cant turn the Inspire HR off completely and was just wondering if this might be the problem? Would Fitbit use that data from my old Fitbit even if it is not registered on the App? The steps were definitely recording on my walk as I was continuously checking (as I thought I had already lost steps earlier in the dayafter switching back to the Inspire 3) and then just inexplicably reduced to 7600 - very frustrating as my daily streak has now ended although I do know I have done significantly more that 10K today!! Grrrr!

Hi, @clodasmum, welcome to the community, before you uninstalled your Inspire HR you should have "Synced" it to the app on your phone and checked that the data on your phone for the day matched that on your device. When you added the "Inspire 3" back into the app it will replace the Inspire HR so the connection to the old device is lost (you can only have one device synced to the app at any one time).
I hope this helps.
Cheers

Thats what I did but the steps kept getting lost - as I said I went on a walk with my Inspire 3 on (and the Inspire HR left at home!!) at 7800 steps last night (with my phone too to ensure it was syncing), got it up to 9200 and when I next looked it had gone back to 7600
