So the app has decided it can't find my Inspire 3 it starts by not syncing this has happened a few times normally I just restart my phone and all is good, this time I restared my phone 3 times no success, I then removed the device from the App so could add again which has also worked before but now it cant find the device at all, so I have tried several other things.
So far I've restarted the fitbit itself. Turned Bluetooth off then back on. Unistalled the App and reinstalled.
I've done all these at least 5 times aswell as restarting my phone several more times nothing is working. Any ideas on what to do next other than getting rid of the fit bit and tryibg a galaxy fit watch instead.

Best AnswerFwiw, I just downloaded 4.28.3 and I got it connected again to my Android phone. My problem started Friday 10/18 and the just released 4.28.3 appears to be working. I had given up and bought another product on 10/23, but thought I would check in and see if things were fixed anyways. I think I will wear them both for a while and see how close the stats are between them.

I'm having trouble setting up my Fitbit Inspire 3.
When I'm trying to set it up, the 4-digit number doesn't appear on the watch.
Here's what I've tried so far:
* Uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app.
* Restarted my phone.
* Removed the user(clean user) from the Fitbit.
* Removed the Fitbit band from the app.
* Turned off the Fitbit completely, charged it, and turned it back on.
* Updated both the app and my phone's software.
* Turned Bluetooth off and on, and performed a factory reset for network settings.
* Tried both when the Fitbit was charging and when it wasn't.
* Tried with and without a VPN.

My Samsung phone (A6) can find the Inspire 3 in the Bluetooth settings, but the 4-digit number doesn't appear during setup.
Please help me. I live in Iran, and I bought this Fitbit with half of my salary, so it's very valuable to me.
Best AnswerHas anyone encountered this lately? I seem to be on version 4.32 of the app, but going back to 4.26.1 didnt solve the issue for me. Not to mention that I wasnt able to find a way to rollback for iOS which is where I actually need the Fitbit to connect. Have tried all the usual troubleshooting, including trying to connect on Android and to connect an older Fitbit.
