Hello!
After a few months my inspire 3 has serious issues. I can't make it pair with any phone no matter what I try. I've did a reset to the bracelet, to my phone. After I select the device and pair, it just gets stuck on an infinite waiting loop(i've even left it for a few hours and nothing)
Is this something that happens often? I had my bracelet just laying in my desk for 6 months because of this

This happened to my wife recently. After trying dozens of tips from these forums (restarting phone, restarting fitbit, turning on/off bluetooth, deleting device from app and trying to re-add, reinstalling app, upgrading iPhone OS), i came across a way to remove user info from the fitbit itself. Swipe down and go to Settings, then scroll to Device Info, and then scroll down to choose Clear User Data. After I did this, I went to the app to re-add the device, and this time it connected and paired immediately. Since I tried so much stuff, I'm not sure what the minimum steps are, but I'm guessing it's enough to just remove your device from the app, clear the user info from the fitbit, and then re-add the device.
Hope this helps you!

hello, I've already did this once a few months + clean reset of my phone and nothing.
I have the latest IOS installed and I've tried again everything from the article you shared and still does not work.
After I get the pairing code and enter it, the phone goes in an infinite loading mode "Connecting your Inspire 3 to the Fitbit app" and after 5-10 minutes on the bracelet I get the mnessage "Try Again".
Somehow this bracelet didn't even last 6 months and I've used it to track my tennis matches maximum 20 times..
