Hi, @Veebee09 if you use an Android phone you may have been affected by a Fitbit server issue which was preventing syncing or logging in but hopefully it should be working now.

Best AnswerI think he, like myself, are looking for solutions. I’ve done everything else but factory reset… and it still fails to work. The update has been buggy from the get go. But if your exercise tracker can’t track exercise… what good is it. I am just really disappointed that what I purchased (for a significant amount of money) simply doesn’t work.
