For the 5th day in a row, my fitbit inspire 3 is removing steps and freezing. I'm troubleshooting several times a day. I've updated, uninstalled, reinstalled, and am continuously restarting. It removed over 10,000 steps yesterday, froze up for hours on end, and the same thing today! I report these issues daily, but there's no response, and it continues. It's brand new and I haven't even had it in a month. These issues appeared two days after use and is getting worse no matter how many times I troubleshoot. I'm so done!!!
Best AnswerNow the distance and cardio load are also freezing and I have to "sync" repeatedly for everything else. I've reset several times and everything else listed on the troubleshooting with no luck. So very disappointing!
