For the 5th day in a row, my fitbit inspire 3 is removing steps and freezing. I'm troubleshooting several times a day. I've updated, uninstalled, reinstalled, and am continuously restarting. It removed over 10,000 steps yesterday, froze up for hours on end, and the same thing today! I report these issues daily, but there's no response, and it continues. It's brand new and I haven't even had it in a month. These issues appeared two days after use and is getting worse no matter how many times I troubleshoot. I'm so done!!!

Additionally, it removed or didn't track one of my "Exercise Days". (I had over 35,000 steps that day.)

Now the distance and cardio load are also freezing and I have to "sync" repeatedly for everything else. I've reset several times and everything else listed on the troubleshooting with no luck. So very disappointing!

Zone minutes are now freezing up, too.
