How do you make a Profile picture. I've tried but it won't change. Kim

A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! 

Thank you so much for your question about how to change the profile picture.

I suggest you try to change it this way:

  1.  From the You tab, under Community, tap Friends 
     
    > You.
  2. Tap the camera icon next to your current profile picture.
  3. Take a new photo or choose an existing photo. 
  4. Save your photo.
