I am so fed up with Fitbit since Google took over. My Inspire 3 has taken to not syncing with the App. It seems to function quite well on its own except for a very erratic heartrate recorder but the App keeps dropping the connection or something and won't sync at all. I have had to uninstall, re-install, disconnect the Inspire from the app, and completely start from scratch 3 times just this week. It is really infuriating especially considering how much money these things cost. I'm on the verge of quitting altogether and going with a cheap and cheerful step tracker. At least when they go wrong you haven't spent a small fortune on them and you don't expect them to perform at peak efficiency.

In addition, having just reset everything for the 3rd time this week, it reset my Inspire to admit to my 21,265 steps today while setting my calorie burn back to 1342 and telling me that I missed 5 out of my 8 hours of movement today. I spent 3 hours outside shoveling snow this morning and have done 4 walks on the treadmill today.

I get this message every time I pull mine up for about the last week. Following the instructions doesn’t work. I just keep trying to make it sync by pulling down the screen and holding it for about 15 seconds, then scrolling all the way to the bottom and holding it there for about 15 seconds. Sometimes it works.
