Inspire 3 - Something went wrong when checking goals

Updated this morning and all my goals are gone and I am unable to set goals.  When I go and say tap into steps it is blank for today and all previous days, weeks, months and years. Any one know how to fix this?

In the You tab it says something went wrong.

Have logged in and out, done a hard restart, force app closure and turned phone off and on.

My goals went missing with the app indicating something was wrong.  Someone helpfully posted delete and reinstall app which restored the goals on the YOU screen but they no longer track on the TODAY screen unless I tap the icon.  Any ideas?

Hi everyone, and welcome to the community forums.

Thank you for providing the details of the steps you've already taken and the screenshots of your app. I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering this issue.

As @LaaLaaLaa suggested, I would also recommend trying to uninstall and then reinstall the Fitbit app. This solution has resolved similar issues for other users. Please try this and then verify if your goals are displaying correctly afterward.

Hi there, @c00012.

Thanks for trying the suggestions shared above. Because you mentioned that you removed the app, did you install it back? If not, I suggest trying to reboot your iPad first. After it restarts, please reinstall the app and check if your data then appears correctly on the Today screen and within each of the stat graphs.
