Inspire 3 Syncing

My Inspire 3 is no longer syncing as it should to my iPhone. I have the latest update, have searched help guide and user forums, and tried the “this should fix it” with no success. I have been a FitBit user for years and years and cannot understand why this is now happening. Is (or has) anyone else experienced this?

My inspire 3 stopped syncing on 8/29/23-contacted chat-and did all the steps-IOS up to date-Fitbit app up to date-logged out of the app-deleted the app/reinstalled it-rebooted my iPhone and still nothing.  Could not log back in.  Called Fitbit help-told me try in 24 hours.  Couldn’t log in to the Fitbit app on 8/30-after 24 hours-and called Fitbit again-but had tried to log on with MacBook Air in the meantime-got a server error-try again later.  Also tried different browser-Chrome -still server error.  The Fitbit app just spins.  The Fitbit assistant said she was sending the problem to another team and I should expect an email from them in the next 48 hours.  They assured me that all data would be retained.  I was able to sign on and pair my inspire 3 this afternoon on Verizon LTE-just giving me todays data stats -none of the previous  day data is there and still getting server error when logging in on my Mac Air.  Will not sync now.  Will call Fitbit help again tomorrow-after 48 hrs is up w/no contact from them on resolution of the problem.  You are not alone😜

Thank you for your response! It is good to know I am not alone. I had tried
all the steps you had attempted as well, except I was unable to connect to
support when I tried to do so. I kept getting a server error response, both
trying to contact them from my iPhone and my iPad.

I had this problem yesterday and today. Just noticed my iPhone iOS updated to 16.6 and I still had a Fitbit app update available. Just updated the Fitbit app to v3.89 and now it syncs! See if you have an app update. Haven’t done a firmware update yet.

Thank you for the information - I have 16.6 on my iPhone but don’t see an
update for FitBit. I will check on that now. It gives me new hope that
there is a solution!

I’m on iOS 16.6 and the latest Fitbit app, but my Fitbit stopped syncing on 31st August. Nothing I’ve done reinstates the sync.

I have been having the same issue (started 9/18/2023).   JUST now, I saw Fitbit put out an update w/in the last 24 hours (version 4.00).
My iPhone has update 16.6.1.

AFTER the new Fitbit update, my Inspire 3 FINALLY synced!   I HAVE to assume it’s the Fitbit update.   I had tried many times and many fixes, including staying up the last two hours tonight.  The ONLY time it I had success was with the latest update.

~ I’ve owned Fitbits for ten years & unfortunately the biggest downside is getting help from Fitbit directly.  Point being, I have dealt with product frustration before.  I’m thrilled something finally solved an issue!   Thank you all for your posts, they helped fix the issue!!
 Hoping this helps for others!!!
