Hello Fitbit support,
My fitbit display is blank. The following are steps I tried in the same order
1. I tried to force restart - did not work
2. Upon your advice I restarted fitbit connecting it to the charger - did not work
3. Tried to change my clock face
4. Also upon your advice I let the fotbit run out of charge, then connected to the charger and force restarted. - This worked for about 24 hours and then it's back to blank screen.
5. Tried force restarting and now that does not work either.
What do you think I might be missing? Looking forward to hearing from you.
