Inspire 3 child use

Why is it not possible to pair an Inspire 3 with a child's account? This seems a ridiculous policy and I can't really see a reason why it should not be parental choice.

We did originally have an Ace product but it didn't work as we wanted so we upgraded to the Inspire. Very happy with the device but now my daughter has received her first phone I wanted to connected the device to that. It only allows me to select Ace devices.

Hello @RusCave and welcome to the Community.  The Ace series collects and stores personal data different from other Fitbit models.  The Ace series storage is compliant with children's internet privacy protection laws.  The Inspire 3, and every other "adult" model, is not.
