My new inspire 3 is not measuring my steps accurately. When I compare it to the pacer on my phone, there are many more steps on the inspire. How do I fix that so it’s more accurate? Thanks

Hello @Dorothylk and welcome to the Community. All wrist trackers can record arm movements as steps. If you wear your Fitbit on your non-dominant wrist, you can change the sensitivity of the tracking by changing the wrist setting to dominant. This will reduce, but not eliminate, some extra steps. Tap on your devices icon in the upper left > Inspire 3 > change to Dominant.
You might get the numbers closer, but they will never match. For example, your phone will likely count the steps when you are pushing a shopping cart. Your wrist doesn’t move and usually misses these steps.
