Inspire 3 stuck on 'Timer/Stopwatch'

Hello. My inspire 3 is suddenly stuck on the timer/stopwatch app. It won’t let me exit out of it. I can’t get to my clock screen or any other screen at all. I’ve tried resetting and it won’t let me. Any suggestions? Thank you for your help in advance.

Thank you for confirming that you're having the same inconvenience with your Inspire 3 and for troubleshooting the issue on your own before reaching out.

 

There are some general recommendations that are usually helpful with this type of issues. If you haven't done so already, please try these additional steps:  

 

  1. Please restart your Fitbit as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? 
  2. Try changing the clock face option as well and check if you continue to have the same problem. 
  3. Set up the Inspire 3 as a new device in your account.
