Live pulse data no longer in app (ios)

Previously i could view my live pulse data when viewing in the app on my iphone. It was accessible by viewing the Today tab but recently it only displays my resting heart rate.
I recently activated the free Premium subscription trial and was curious if that would change how the pulse rate was displayed in the app. Can anyone confirm/deny if that is the case or not?

Many thanks in advance.

Hi, @TractionmanUK , a Premium subscription does not change how your live heart rate data is displayed in your app.

If you are not seeing live heart rate data in your app that means that your app has (probably temporarily) lost contact with your Fitbit.  Re-setting your notifications should prompt it to re-connect.

You could also try removing your Fitbit from the Bluetooth settings in your phone (not from the Fitbit app!).  Then return to the app and try to sync - that should prompt the app to ask you to pair your Fitbit.  Your live heart rate data will reappear when your Fitbit is paired and reconnected.
