Lost Heart Rate Data

Posting again because still not fixed. 

Since Saturday I haven’t been able to see any of my heart rate data. All my previous months are gone, and it won’t show me my current heart rate.

My watch shows that it’s counting my heart rate, so does my logged exercise, as well as the main page, as seen in the pictures attached, so it’s not a case of my Fitbit not working or the correct settings not on, it’s just not showing me the data. 

I’ve tried the unpairing and pairing, deleting app, redownloading, logging in and out, turning off heart rate and back on again, all the recommended fixes, and still nothing. Just really wanting to get this sorted as it’s very frustrating.

Same has happened today with my inspire 2. I am so fed up with things getting changed 🤯

Yup still happening to me too and this morning I woke up with 14k steps - yesterdays count & had to manually delete them 😒

I have the same - no heart data . . . what is going on?!

Same issue, and my custom heart rate zone isn’t showing up at all either.

I’ve tried unpairing the Fitbit , reinstalling the app and turning the phone on and off, to no avail.

Though the super weird thing is, I am still getting the live current heart rate on the home screen, there’s  just nothing recorded in the heart rate page. I think it must be a bug with the new update.

Same here on Versa 4. 
I keep chasing them and they keep saying it has been escalated and they are aware of the problem! 
So no help at all!
