At this time there is no possibility to log a mindfulness session manually.

Yes, you can manually log your mindfulness or meditation sessions in the Fitbit app. To do this, follow these steps:
Once you have logged the session, it will appear in your exercise history, and you can view it within the Fitbit app. Note that manually logging a session like this will not provide the same level of detail as a guided meditation in the app, but it will allow you to keep a record of your mindfulness practice.
Keep in mind that these instructions are based on the Fitbit app's interface as of my knowledge cutoff date in September 2021. There may have been updates or changes to the app since then, but the overall process should be similar.
