New inspire 3 vibration on notification not working

Hi Team, I have recently purchased new inspire 3 and I am really disappointed with this product. Alarm is not working, it's not vibrating on incoming call and nor the dispalay getting on when there's an incoming call.

I have already check the settings and vibration is set to strong. Both dnd and sleep mode is off under quiet mode.

Never expected this kind of problem with basic feature from fitbit product.

Somehow it has started vibrating but it's vibrating only twice per call
