My cat had a go at my wrist and damaged the screen on my Inspire HR, so I decided to get the Inspire3.
I am pretty disappointed so far.
I only get a sleep score and heart rate score every other day and every other day it is "no score" on all the metrics.
I am wearing the tracker in the same place I wore my Inspire HR, but I am not getting the consistent readings. I don't think moving the tracker higher up would work because I have got a large tattoo on my underarm, and I suspect the ink would block the sensors from reading my skin.
I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps several times. Restarting, unpairing and pairing, made sure app is up to date, deleting app and reinstalling, cleaning the tracker to make sure there was no lotion residue on the sensors.
I would expect the sensors to be better on a new device, but they are worse than on my 2+ year old Inspire HR.
Currently considering returning it for a refund and then trying a different brand, as it seems there are a lot of hoops to navigate every time a new device is released.
My phone is a Galaxy A52 and my OS is Android 12.

I am having the same issue I am currently on call #3 with support and if this isnt resolved i will be returning it and going to a Samsung watch. Ill let you know if they give me a fix!
