I’ve been struggling with synching my iPhone 11 with my Fitbit inspire 3. 
it’s already my 3d device. I’d like my money back how do I do that ?

Hi, @Susan_db, welcome to the community, you may be interested in these articles How do Fitbit devices sync their data? , Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and Fitbit-Supported Devices you will note you need to be running iOS15. I apologize if you have already seen these articles.

If you continue to have a problem contact "Customer Support", depending on when & where you bought your device you may still have the benefit of the What's Fitbit’s return and warranty policy? If you bought your device recently from a local retailer you may feel more comfortable going to them.

Thanks.  So are you saying the Fitbit inspire three does not work with ios16 which is the current iPhone OS?

Oh good, then why does my Inspire 3 get about halfway across the syncing progress bar and then linger there trying to sync but won't complete?  I tried resetting my fitbit.  Is there something else I should be trying?
