Unable to sync, remove and not unable to pair

I have Inspire 3 and samsung flip 5. For 2 days my watch couldn't sync. I removed watch from my fitbit app. Restart my watch. My watch was found while trying to set up but no pin appeared for pairing. Pls help me

The sync process can get pretty convoluted, but this usually works for me:

  • Uninstall the app
  • Unpair the Inspire 3 BT from the phone
  • Restart the phone
  • Restart the Inspire 3
  • Verify that the Inspire 3 shows up as an available BT device on the phone.  If this step fails, then a Factory Reset of the device will be required
  • Reinstall the app
  • Complete the Inspire 3 setup process

Scroll down from clock face on inspire 3 until you get to 'Settings'.

Tap Settings and scroll up until you get to 'Device Info'.

Tap Device Info and scroll up to 'Clear User Data'.

Tap Clear User Data and follow prompts.

Thanks alot. The first part worked. I also had to remove the pairing setup
on my phone even though I remove from app.

I did a force stop of the Fitbit app on my android phone. When I restarted it, fitbit synced immediately.
