Can't find device for firmware update

I posted a few weeks ago about not being able to swipe my screen. My HR was still syncing, I just couldn't scroll the screen anymore despite many ways of trying to reset everything. I also had difficulty getting a hold of customer service due to Covid I assume. My sister had a similar issue but hers resolved on it's own, so thought it may just need time.

Last night my battery was low and my screen was sort of flickering. I plugged it in to charge it fully. This morning it won't do anything. Won't turn on. My phone can't find it. But now there is a firmware update. I can't install it because it can't find my device. I'm afraid to delete and reinstall it if it can't be found. It seems strange that it quit working hours before a firmware update, that would hopefully fix the scrolling issue. My battery shows 100% and last sync 4 hours ago to my app. 

Any suggestions on how to proceed?

My device finally powered on, and firmware updated. I still can't scroll, and now my screen is blurry/flickery. I've change clock faces several times. It seems to be tracking fine  but the screen isn't usable.
