Can't log in to my Fitbit app after switching phones

How do I get my new phone to recognize my Fitbit inspire HR? When I log in with my email and password my Fitbit app is saying these are used in another account. Even though that is my account.

When you open the app you have 2 choices: one to create a new account, and one to logon to an existing account. It sounds like you are trying to create a new account rather than logon to your existing account. Could this be the issue here?

That was the problem and I fidget my problem fixed and I’m able to monitor my health account. Thank you for your help.
