About the Fitbit Ionic

Wondering now if Fitbit is picking and choosing what company's they work with as Fitbit app will not Sync, Pair, pick up WiFi from certain company's and country's. I'm from Aotearoa New Zealand I've got a brand new Huawei Nova, won't pair, sync, pick up Bluetooth, can't find my Fibre WiFi. Are youz working behind the times or what? Noticed the only English option youz have is US. U Kidding Me! Check Yourselves Youz are a rip off!

I'm not sure you're right in your thoughts about racism.

Definition of racism

1 : a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race

2 a : a doctrine or political program based on the assumption of racism and designed to execute its principles

b : a political or social system founded on racism

3 : racial prejudice or discrimination

Anyhow, if you'd like to tell us a bit more about your problem, it might be more helpful than your last post.

You try getting with support, restarting your device, let us know what steps you've taken? The more information, the better.

Back on topic, I noticed at Fitbit's Supported Devices, the Huaiwei @KristinNZ has isn't on the list. Not sure how race fits in with that? I'm fairly certain Huawei sells to all types of people with money, regardless of skin color or ethnicity.
