I'd just like to raise the topic of not being able to change the time or sync to your phone when you have no reception.
I work at sea and am out of coverage for extended periods. As soon as you have a time zone change the watch is useless.
I can't imagine it would be hard for them to make it so you can change the time/date on the watch its self. Is this not a basic feature every watch? This is ment to be a smart watch.
The only thing that #fitbit replied when I contacted them was a money back on return.
I dont want my money back, I want a "SMART" watch with a feature that a simple hundred year old watch can do.

Allan

It might be that they just don't see it as an issue that needs to be fixed. It's working as it was designed to work.
The more votes the feature suggestions get the more likely we are to influence the development team but there's no guarantee that they will want to.
